Sales and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Sports Timing Systems, we really appreciate your business and your decision to invest your money on our cool timing solutions. We also want to make sure you have an enjoyable and rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products and solutions either via our website, telephone order or in person.
We absolutely believe that you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from us. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
• Products must be returned direct to us at the address on the “Contact Us” page.
• Electronic software and software update downloads, subscriptions and licensed dongles are not eligible for refund.
• Refunds will only be considered after products are inspected by our team and confirmed to be returned in its original, undamaged and unmarked condition.
• We will not refund more than the original invoice value or price paid.
• Refunds will be issued within 10 days of passing our returned goods inspection process.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on our website at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any order without. We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your online, telephone or email order, we will provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already paid, we will refund the full invoiced and charged amount.
Shipping & Delivery
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
We take care of the dispatch of the products you purchase, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our dispatch location. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact us directly to resolve.
Before accepting delivery of products we ask that you firstly ensure that if a multi-package shipment that all packages are delivered. If not all packages arrive then we ask that you do not accept the delivery and request that the carrier return goods to sender. If any damage is evident to any of the packages then we ask that you do not accept the delivery and request that the carrier return goods to sender.
